The open furnace body mainly includes a cyclone dust removal and environmental protection furnace cover, a tilting furnace oil cylinder, a furnace cover lifting mechanism, a high insulation induction coil, an energy-saving magnetic yoke, a complete set of inlet distributors, and imported carbon free rubber hoses.

* The steel structure of the furnace adopts an open steel frame structure, with large-sized H-beams or square steel pipes forming the basic framework of the furnace frame. The overall structure is simple, sturdy, and easy to maintain and repair on a daily basis.
* The maximum inclination angle of the furnace body is 95 degrees.
* The furnace platform is made of 10mm thick steel plate, which provides more comprehensive protection for the furnace and prevents deformation of the furnace platform.
* The components at the upper end of the induction furnace are detachable, making it easy to replace the induction coil.
* Induction furnace coils and magnetic yokes are fixed with welded steel structures equipped with appropriate supports and clamping components.
* The support columns of the heavy-duty steel components on both sides are the strongest support for the induction furnace body, providing the axis for hydraulic tilting. At the same time, the outward and upward movement of the axis ensures the minimum movement trajectory of the furnace body’s steel outlet, reducing energy loss during steel tapping.
